Unions backing the Charter

The People’s Charter has been taken up by the trade union movement as an alternative to policies of inequality, cuts and austerity.

National unions, branches and local trades councils are affiliating to the Peoples’ Charter, and the Charter was adopted by the TUC at its 2009 Congress.

For any union or union body not already affiliated you can do so by completing the affiliation form. All affiliated organisations are invited to attend quarterly Peoples Charter Commission meetings.
